• Our price are valid only within a setting Period, base on the weather and Transportation Cost.

o            Payment Terms and Structure:

1. With Orders within European Trade Zone:

• We only accept 50% Down Payment within 4 working days after issuing of Proforma Invoice and the balance payment will be after 5-8 days after Confirmation of supply by buyers and at client’s location.

• With Order out of European Trade Zone:

• For all shipment out of Europe, we work 50% Down Payment in 4 working days after issuing of Proforma Invoice, 20% after receipt of Bill of Lading and balance 30% will be within 5-8 days after Confirmation of supply by buyers and at client’s location..
•  Please on making payment please use only our  Account. follow it as give and don’t or remove any word.
• Sample Orders are 100% Payable before Delivery ( Now there is a lot of delay with sample Order base on courier problems.)

Teams we don’t accept

• No LC payment is Accepted, No CAD is accepted, No D/P Pyament, we only follow the above payment infracturure 

Banking:

• For payment, we recieve payment from all part of the world into our different accounts within Europe and the U.S and this is base on Currency, easy transfer and Location of the buyer.
• We now accept Bitcoin Payments.

Return and Refund Policy

• Its need to be confirm here that we follow the Law of the European and International Trade on Refund

> Reason for order Return

• If the Quality supply do not meet buyer’s given quality order
• If the Specification do not meet buyer’s given specification.
• Wrong Product deliver from the agreed product
• when Product is deliver later from the agreed date of delivery

All the reason above allow the buyer to return the order and ask for change of order or Refund.

How Long can I take to Return the order:

Immediately after the inspection at buyer Site

Reasons for Refund

• As state above
• when supply fails to supply
• when Dalays with the delivery and can not meet up on time.

When Can I get my Refund

• Follow the Law for refund, you will get your refund with in 30-90 days from the date of Confirmation
  after this time check your account regularly.

Reasons For no Refund and Not Return

• when good meet all requirement and buyer does not feel the need any for it
• when the wrong specification was given by buyer
• when 100% fault is that of the buyer

Can I cancel my Order?

• Yes for sure you can have your order Cancel
• 3-4 days from the date of Innitial Payment for Order

Can I change my order

• Yes, you are free to change your order within 3 days

• Ex-work, CIF or CNF or FOB (ODESSA) and DAP ( Our Facility).

Ø Order Departure Time: 

 The departure Time For all Shipment will depend on the good type:

• For products that need production, the time of Departure will depend on the production time.

• For already produce goods, the departure time will be within 4 day for Road or Rail Delivery and up to 8 days for Sea Rout Delivery, which will be after confirmation payments (upon receiving TT Swift)/.

Ø Lead Time;

• Within Europe, the Lead Time is 4-10 days,
• Out of Europe 10 – 35-40 days, depending on the location.

Ø Delivery Document to be provided before arrival;

• Standard international shipping documents By Sea:

• Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Analysis issued by manufacturer, Certificate of Origin issued by manufactures any other Certification if required.
• Standard international standard shipping documents By Truck or Rail:

• CMR, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Analysis issued by manufacturer, Certificate of Origin issued by manufacture and any other certificate if required.

Shipping Location:

• Shipment within Europe are shipped directly from our factury by Truck or by rail.
• Delivery to Country out of Europe or Container delivery are shipped from Poland, Slovakia, Romania Ports or from any Country with in Europe.

• All certificates are provided during delivery of the product in question.
